Will your services work for my industry & ICP?
Curvion has generated hundreds of millions in revenue across a wide range of industries and more than 17 niche verticals. We operate dedicated teams across both high-ticket consumer services and B2B services, and SaaS/tech environments, making our core systems and methodologies highly adaptable across different markets and ICPs. While we are industry agnostic, the business model still needs to support scalable sales economics. In general, engagements work best for companies with a large enough TAM, the ability to support at least 5+ new deals per month, and an average sales price of roughly $10k+ (with some exceptions depending on the model). Certain services may have additional criteria & GTM requirements, which we typically evaluate during the discovery process.

Do you replace our internal team in outsourced sales engagements?
No. While there are situations where we may assume management responsibilities for an existing sales team, we never require clients to replace their internal personnel. Hiring and firing decisions always remain with you. Depending on the engagement, we can train and manage your current team, augment capacity with outsourced reps, or build a blended model that combines internal and outsourced talent under one unified revenue operation.

How can your sales reps/sales managers really understand my business, ICP, and services?
We use a highly structured onboarding and enablement process for every sales team related engagement. It begins with building a centralized training center using our standardized training framework, ensuring all product knowledge, brand info, and brand specific processes are covered. Every sales rep and manager deployed through Curvion is already trained and certified in our core sales methodologies before joining an account. From there, dedicated talent must successfully complete written assessments, and live roleplay evaluations, before ever taking calls from live prospects.

How quickly can the engagement be launched?
Following a signed agreement, onboarding and kickoff calls are typically scheduled within 7 days or less. From there, implementation timelines vary depending on the scope and type of engagement. For CRM, RevOps, and revenue agent infrastructure projects, deployment timelines can range from several weeks to multi-month phased implementations depending on complexity. For sales team-related services such as outsourced sales, pipeline generation, and sales management augmentation, teams are typically operational and deployed within 30 days or less.

Can you work with our existing CRM & tech stack?
Yes. For pipeline generation and consulting engagements, we can integrate into virtually any existing CRM or sales tech stack. While Curvion is a HubSpot partner and our fully managed CRM and RevOps services are specifically centered around HubSpot, we frequently support clients operating on other platforms through CRM-agnostic consulting, process design, and systems strategy. For outsourced sales engagements, we typically operate directly within HubSpot unless the client has internal resources responsible for managing and supporting an alternative CRM environment.

Do your revenue agents replace humans in the sales org?
No. We strongly believe companies that fail to integrate AI into their revenue operations will fall behind very quickly. However, we also do not believe AI currently outperforms humans across most core sales functions. Our revenue agents are not designed to replace your sales team, they are designed to make them significantly more effective. While this can indirectly reduce headcount requirements needed to hit certain targets, the goal is augmentation and AI enablement, not full human replacement.
